Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
